During this two hours workshop we will go on a journey into powerful breathing techniques and gentle postures that ease stress and anxiety. We'll be among peaceful candlelight, gentle sounds, followed by a herbal tonic flight to sip on while you enjoy your relaxation buzz. You don't need to have any significant experience in meditation or breathwork, as you will be guided and taught techniques!
